We’ll meet with you at the initial consultation to discuss the Design Brief, your vision, expectations, and project parameters. We will also discuss the Project Budget and delivery timeframes. From this, DSD will come up with the Design Concept and present it to you for feedback and revisions. 

Once the design is finalized, we move on to the detail design phase where we prepare drawings/ documentation to facilitate the implementation of the design.

The design cost will depend on the scope of service e.g. how long the project takes, the deliverables involved, and the designers working on it. Some of our projects are flexible, and the Client only pays for the time and material spent on the project, i.e. Hourly Fee + reimbursement costs.

However, most of our projects are based on a Fixed Fee (Flat Fee) contract model, calculated from the project area/ project timeframe.

Our brand design services for your Corporate Identity include; logos, typography, colour palette, social media assets, PowerPoint presentations, stationery, staff uniforms, and office branding. Whereas both CAD and BIM involve the use of computers to create construction drawings, the BIM workflow is much more collaborative and coordinated.
